The wainhouse is a 15thC stone holiday cottage in wales with original oak beams and private hot tub. The holiday cottage has 1 double en-suite bathroom, 1 twin en-suite shower. An open plan ground floor which has a log stove fire in the lounge area with free view sky tv, dvd player, radio & fully equipped kitchen including elec cooker, microwave, freezer, fridge, washing machine. This holiday cottage is ideal for that family holiday or a group of friends looking for that relaxing holidays away from it all.
Just a short strol from the holiday cottage is the games room with snooker, table tennis, table football & darts for all guests to enjoy whilst on holidays on the farm. You are closes to your private hot tub just 2 sec from the holiday cottage to the hot tub set at 38 degrees, just right to relax you after a hard walking holiday around the farm or wales.

The hot tub can be used by children between the ages of 8 -16 yrs if an adult is with them in the hot tub, between the hours of 10am - midnight. This then alows the hot tub time to recharge the chemcials and filter.

The holiday cottage is opposite the farmhouse on a 300 area livestock farm in an isolated valley with great views, ancient coppice woodlands & numerous ponds full of wildlife. We have way marked trails around the farm for your family holiday, so just ask and we will point you in the right direction. The Trail of Glyndwr way runs through the farm & links up with the Offas dyke footpath. There are numerous cycle routs in the area or explore the farm on your bikes. Look out for the buzzards or  kites circling over head or look for the dragonflies & newts in the ponds.
Ideal for a fishing holiday, the fishing is fly fishing only with barb less hooks or for walking holiday this holiday cottage is just right for that family holiday.

The holiday cottage has its own private garden with oak seating on which to sit out & enjoy your meals or a relaxing drink whilst listening to the owls, doves & numerous other birds singing in the trees above.
You are just a short stroll to the snooker & table tennis, the hot tub is on  a sun trap patio with summer house, table and chairs, plus b-b-q area.
